Terms and Conditions
Membership with the Giz-Net Network is free, but we do have a few terms and conditions you must agree with in order to obtain, and maintain, your membership with us.
1. You agree to submit a valid email address and ensure it remains valid at all times. We hate SPAM just as much as our members. So we do not engage in that type of behavior, nor do we tolerate its presence on our website.
2. You will normally receive only one email each quarter (every three months) from us. That email is always in the form of a newsletter, a special important announcement, or a email validation probe.
3. If your email address bounces any of our emails, or if you use a junk email address where emails bounce because your inbox is full, your membership will be terminated.
4. You agree not to share your User ID and password with anyone else.
5. You agree that you are at least, or over, 13 years of age. Until we meet COPPA requirements, we cannot accept memberships from children under 13 years of age. All such memberships will be terminated immediately upon identification.
